After the injury to Thad Lewis left the Niners a little shorthanded at QB, the team made a roster move, as they picked up former Vikings and Ravens QB Christian Ponder.
Ponder, who hasn’t thrown a pass since 2014, signed a one-year deal to come in and try and compete to stay on the teams’ roster.
