The 49′ers officially signed veteran offensive tackle Barry Sims on Thursday.  Terms of the deal were not released, but the “Santa Rosa Press-Democrat” says Sims signed a two-year pact.  Sims was set to make 4.5-million-dollars in base salary this season with Oakland, but was released at the start of free agency.  The 33-year-old has spent his entire nine-year career with the Raiders and has started in all 16 games in four of the last five seasons.  Overall, Sims has made 119 starts in 136 career games.
