Posted in Ronnie Fields has switched from defensive end to nose tackle, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The coaching staff feels he has quick hands, perhaps the quickest hands on the defensive line. One way in which defensive line coach Jim Tomsula noticed Fields’ swift hands was by placing cameras along the line of scrimmage during minicamp drills.
