Haley and Dean on the HOF Semifinalists List

The Pro Football Hall of Fame has released it’s list of semi-finalists for enshrinement in Canton, Ohio. Most notable on the list of former San Francisco 49ers are defensive end Fred Dean and linebacker Charles Haley. A major part of San Francisco’s success in the 1980’s, Dean played with the Niners from 1981 to 1985. Haley had two stints with the 49ers– from 1986 to 1991 and then wrapping up his career in San Francisco in 1999. Also playing a part of the Dallas Cowboys success in the early 90’s, Haley won a total of five Super Bowl rings.
