It appears 49ers offensive coordinator Jim Hostler will keep his job for the remainder of the season.  According to the “Chronicle,” even though he oversees a 49ers offense that has scored the fewest points in the NFL this season, coach Mike Nolan says Hostler is an easy scapegoat for people to jump on because production is not as good as it was last year, but he’s made every effort to utilize the players and get some life out of out offense.
