The 49′ers wrap up the preseason schedule this evening in southern California against the San Diego Chargers. Tonight’s game marks the sixth straight year the teams have faced each other in the exhibition finale. San Diego won last year’s contest, 23-14, at Monster Park and leads the all-time preseason series, 20-15. Kickoff from Qualcomm Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the game will be televised locally on KPIX. The 49ers begin the regular season at home on Monday, September 10th against the Arizona Cardinals.
