The 49′ers yesterday waived injured cornerback B.J. Tucker, who in June suffered a season-ending torn pec muscle. Tucker will likely clear waivers Monday afternoon, and then the team will place him on injured reserve. Santa Clara City Leaders Back More Money For New Stadium Study
The City of Santa Clara will be spending 115-thousand-dollars of additional money to pay for a stadium feasibility study. Santa Clara’s Mayor Patricia Mahan says the stadium plan is so involved it will take longer to review it and more money is needed on top of the originally approved 200-grand in funding for the study.
